Today, 20th October 2011 I had ICE on my car windscreen!
Thankfully due to the latest car technology, my windscreen has a ‘quick heat’ elemnet and so within a couple of minutes I was on my way but it got me thinking…
Last year we experienced some of the heaviest snowfall I can remember and that was end November \ early December yet only a couple of weeks ago we had one of the warmest October days on record – somethings going on! 
I must admit that I’m never been a big believer in the ‘hole in the ozone layer’ etc but the climate is definitely changing and here in the UK we do complain about our poor summers, however I somethimes think we are lucky when we see footage of the droughts in Africa, the flooding in Thailand and the hurricanes that wreak havoc in the United States…
